PNC offers our clients various ways of engaging our technical support team. You might have a small project that you require assistance with, or you might intend to outsource all of your IT support requirements.
We support a complete range of devices from desktop PC’s, laptops, Apple Mac’s and even remote mobile communication devices such as Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Symbian phones. The normal operating times for our support helpdesk are between 8.00am to 5.30pm.Whatever your project or situation, PNC has the facilities and the necessary qualified staff to help you with all your IT projects. Because PNC is a Microsoft Gold Certified company with over 10 years experience in supporting Microsoft Windows based computer systems we know we will be able to help you with your project. Some of our clients require 24/7 by 365 days a year support, if you require this level of support please discuss this requirement with one of our account managers.
When you take up a PNC maintenance programme one of our senior engineers will undertake a granular audit of your existing computer system. We do this in order that we should total understand the infrastructure of the computer system we are going to support for you and be in a position to highlight to you any inherent issue that may need addressing within your computer system.
If you only wish to engage our support team on a case by case basis you can join or on-demand support programme, managed by one of experienced sales account managers. This service is made available at £65.00 call out charge and £55.00 per hour for each hour thereafter. Travelling time to your site will be charged for. PNC invoices half hour intervals.
NB This package has a reduced SLA.

Our support team has an advantage, over other IT support suppliers, because we 24 hours a day 7 days a week proactively monitor our contracted clients IT system with or bespoke written software solution “Pro-HeartBeat”. This software alerts ProNet if your server is – off-line –– Disk full – Email box full etc.
