ProNet computers have developed their own bespoke server system monitoring programme called Pro-Heart.
This software has been developed to “keep watch” over all of our clients Microsoft Windows 2008 server systems simultaneously and proactively advise us of any issues as they start to happen giving us the “heads-up” on the issue before they becomes a significant problem that could lead to system down time.
This software resides on one of our monitor servers within our technical support department at ProNet Computers. This software has been pre-programmed with “trigger thresholds”. If a threshold is exceeded the monitoring server visually and audibly alerts our technical department via a TFT screen and speakers mounted centrally in the service workshop. These warnings cannot be overridden, the warnings will keep repeating until the error is resolved on our clients system.

Our system also gives us a geographical view of where any problems servers are located. This gives us the advantage of allocating an appropriate, nearest, field based engineer to your site.
