Installation Notes:
1. After you click on the above support link
you will be presented with the following warning, please click
on the "save"
button to install our support program on your computer
2. After clicking the "Save" button above you
will be presented with a new pop up asking you where you want to
install the file. Please save the file to your desktop by
selecting "desktop" in the Save in field and then clicking the
save button at the bottom of the pop up. As below.
3. The help file will be downloaded to you
computers an the following pop up will be displayed
4. Please now click on the "Run" button. You
may be presented with the following warning. If you are please
click on its "run" button, as shown below.
5. Please click on the security warnings pop
ups "Run" button
The following pop up will now be displayed
5. Please contact a ProNet Computers support
agent on telephone number 01623 811920, where upon the agent
will advise your next steps.
